Shipping Information:
All items on our website are shipped from our store in Nashville, Tennessee via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Flat Rate Shipping -- $9.95
In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within that timeframe, please, confirm that "Curbside Pickup" was not selected at checkout.
Seasonal items ordered out of season (for example, Christmas Ornaments ordered in June) and clearance merchandise may experience longer shipping times as items will need to be pulled from an off-site warehouse.
Please, order all holiday specific items 14 days before the holiday to allow time for transit. Deadline for Christmas delivery is December 10th.
Damages:
Shipping damages are rare but do occasionally occur. In the event that your purchase arrives damaged, please, email us as soon as possible & include photos of the damage. We will either issue a full refund or ship a replacement if inventory is available.
All shipping damages MUST be reported to us within 14 days of shipment. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue refunds or replacements for damages reported after 14 days.
Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for some reason, an item you receive does not meet your expectations, please, contact us.
Online Purchases:
All returns must be shipped back to our store within 14 days of receipt. Items not returned within this time period will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded in the event that you return a purchase.
We cannot accept returns on sale or seasonal merchandise.
In-store Purchases:
All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Items returned must be unused and in the same condition in which it was sold. Refunds will be issued via the method purchased. Gift returns will be issued store credit.
