Love What You Give

How many of us have someone in our lives who's hard to shop for? Perhaps it's your mom, spouse, or even a friend. Every day we get customers asking us to help them find that special gift.

Whether it's a "hard to shop for person" or an easy one, it's important to feel good about what you're giving. Rather than be frustrated, what if we gave a gift with particular meaning not just "stuff" out of obligation. Recently we had a sweet customer admit that she's that difficult person to shop for--what she really wants is a gift with thought put into it, and so she approaches her gift giving the same way.

Last week we mentioned "pops of happy" for your home, and I think it also applies to our gift giving. Think about the "pops of happy" factor when shopping for them! Sometimes it's just different ideas, something out of the box that gets us excited about a gift! When we think of gifts that will make people happy, we love what we give!

Here's a great example: do you have to buy a baby shower gift? You're going to love giving this gift for a sweet mommy-to-be. Every new mom wants comfy pajamas, a candle that reminds her of going to a spa, and some encouragement when the hours of sleep are few.

Have you ever had that feeling of "Oh my goodness, this is perfect; she's gonna love it?" That's the feeling you want every time you give a gift! Wouldn’t this be sweet for the dog lover in your life?

For your trendy friend who always loves the latest styles in accessories:

What a sweet gift basket for a friend who’s recovering at home:

As always, if you need inspiration to love what you give, we're here for you. There's nothing more we'd rather do that help you make someone else smile!

Until next time,

Joy
