Fill Your Cup - Tips for Feeling Positive

How have you been doing lately? It seems like a long time since we've seen you, so I thought it might be time for a check up! I'm doing well, although I have moments of frustration and angst. Cabin Fever

Cabin fever is real! So far I've cleaned all my windows, worked on 6 t-shirt blankets, redecorated my apartment, done many loads of laundry, made cookies and cake balls, and cleaned all my blinds. Last week was so rainy that I needed to be creative. Thankfully the past few days have been glorious outside, so we've been able to take some walks and enjoy God's beauty in spring.  When the going gets tough, the tough make CAKE BALLS!!   We made cake balls the other day and delivered them to our neighbors. It's so easy! Sugar Scrub DIY

With lots of time on my hands, I've been trying to do some creative things. Recently I made sugar scrubs for myself and some friends. If you have sugar, coconut oil, jars, and perhaps an essential oil such as lavender, you can do this! Basically I use a 2 to 1 ratio for the mix: 1 cup of coconut oil and 1/2 cup of sugar.
